1. This promotion is organised by ENDOW.US Pte Ltd. (“Endowus”). It should be read in conjunction with the Endowus Referral Program. Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participating in this promotion is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to the participant.
Endowus reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its sole and absolute discretion.
Endowus reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from receiving the incentive in the event that Endowus, in its absolute discretion, believes that such person may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these terms and conditions and/or may bring Endowus into disrepute.
Who is eligible?
2. Eligible participants must have an existing account with Endowus. Endowus shall retain absolute discretion to decide on the eligibility for participation in the promotion.
“Promotion Period” begins from 00:00 on 5 October 2022 and ends at 23:59 on 31 December 2022, unless Endowus exercises its rights under paragraph 13 below.
What do I need to do to participate in the promotion
3. (i) Refer a new user (“Referee”) to create an Endowus account using your personal referral link provided by Endowus during the Promotion Period AND (ii) the Referee has invested a minimum of S$1,000 in any Endowus product (“the Qualifying Investment”) using that newly created account before 23:59 31 December 2022, upon which this will be considered a “Successful Referral”. The Qualifying Investment may be made using any or a combination of cash, SRS and/or CPF.
When and what do I get from the promotion?
4. For every Successful Referral, both you and your Referee will each receive a S$20 Endowus Fee credit incentive from the Endowus Referral Program (“Credit Fee Incentive”).
If you complete 3 or more Successful Referrals during the Promotion Period, you can choose to receive either a S$300 cash reward or a pair of Airpods Pro 2nd Generation (“Bonus Reward”).
You will be contacted via your Endowus registered email to indicate your choice of Bonus Reward after the Promotion Period. If we do not receive any response by the due date indicated in such email, the default choice of reward will be the S$300 cash reward. The cash reward will be credited to your Endowus account by 31 January 2023.
If you choose to receive the Airpods Pro, collection details will be communicated to you via your Endowus registered email by 1 February 2023.
For the avoidance of doubt, each of your Referees will only receive a S$20 Endowus Fee credit incentive regardless of the number of Successful Referrals you have made and your Referees shall not be entitled to any Bonus Reward. Bonus Rewards are capped at the first 300 participants who complete 3 or more Successful Referrals during the Promotion Period.
The Credit Fee Incentive will be applied to each of your and your Referee’s Endowus account automatically upon a Qualifying Investment being made by a Referee.
What else do I need to know?
5. Endowus accepts no responsibility for accounts or transactions not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. Endowus also reserves the right to decline new client sign ups that do not meet our customer due diligence and client suitability requirements.
7. Endowus reserves the right to disqualify you if Endowus believes that there is any fraudulent activity such as, but not limited to, creation of fake accounts.
8. The decision of Endowus regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
9. In entering the promotion, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Endowus reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
10. Endowus reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notification to you. Please contact support@endowus.com if you believe you qualified for this promotion but it has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination. Events beyond the control of Endowus may occur that render the awarding of the promotion impossible. Accordingly, Endowus will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.
11. By entering into this promotion, you agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Endowus and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the promotion and you shall be bound by, and all personal data submitted shall be subject to Endowus’ Privacy Policy and Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures. You consent to and authorize Endowus to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to you, your name, address, personal details, contact details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of you for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).
12. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to the jurisdiction of and dealt with by the competent courts of Singapore.
