About this role, responsibilities & ownership

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Brand will be responsible for driving the overall brand strategy, creative direction and supervision of all creative outputs across multiple channels to establish Endowus as a market leader in digital wealth management in Singapore. 

As the Head of Brand, you’ll be responsible for driving the development of all creative and communication  assets. 

  • Inspire ideation and thinking, dissect briefs and map out creative strategies across the different marketing channels
  • Deliver fresh thinking and creative solutions; work with the team to deliver high-quality, scalable, creative and design solutions, bringing together brand strategy, business goals and user insight, that bring to life relevant, motivating campaigns and platforms from concept development through to execution 
  • Lead all areas of the strategically-aligned creative process including concept development, writing, art direction, design and production
  • Review and optimise the creative outputs while making sure they adhere to brand playbook and regulatory guidelines
  • Work with external agencies (i.e., graphic designers, creative agencies, experiential agencies, etc.) as required, to visualise and bring ideas to life through implementation
  • Engage and collaborate with teams across other functions; be capable of working effectively in groups, while ensuring all work is outstandingly creative and meets all brand objectives, while providing clear support and communication to relevant stakeholders on all current initiatives
  • Orchestrate cross-channel executions from digital to OOH implementations effectively with experience in budget management
  • Employ analytical and data-driven decisions to support brand growth and KPI achievements through collaboration with growth team

Requirements & qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree, and more than 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro/Final Cut is a plus
  • Experience in using Figma is a plus 
  • Strong design thinking, problem solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn,YouTube and others
  • As projects may come from different teams (not just the Marketing Team) with competing deadlines, it is essential to be able to collaborate with and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Organised, meticulous and self-driven, with good time management skills, a strong sense of ownership and great attention to detail
  • Knowledge and interest in personal finance and investing topics will be a plus
