The Office Administrator is responsible for managing the office; ensuring a safe and clean office environment and employees’ needs are well taken care of. He/she will also coordinate onsite & offsiteCompany activities for employees and/or clients. In addition, to be an administrative support to management for company-wide events.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manages the office to ensure all business equipment and functions operate well
  • Manages the cleaning vendor on office cleanliness, safety and hygiene
  • Responsible for employee needs in office including air-con, pantry and safety
  • Project manage office renovation and office repairs.
  • Oversees company correspondences including telephone services and mail distribution.
  • Purchase & maintains office supplies inventory
  • Maintains files, records and documentation where necessary
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational & time management skills with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience

  • Diploma or equivalent required;
  • Three years or more years of administrative and/or office management experience is an advantage.
