Product

Investing primarily into a diverse portfolio of high-quality HKD money market securities issued in Hong Kong, Macau, and China. Focus on capital preservation and liquidity, with yield generation being the second objective.

People

Co-managed by two Portfolio Managers with over 15 years of average experience, recognised by multiple industry accolades for investing into the Asian/Chinese fixed income and money market space. Supported by a team of two analysts/assistant PMs.

Performance

Favourable performance since inception in 2019, delivering total returns in line or better than comparable market benchmarks and peers. Track record of producing positive yield even during periods of low-to-zero market yields. Tends to invest primarily in high-quality bank deposits that utilises amortised cost method (instead of mark-to-market), which prevents significant drawdowns.

Process

In line with capital preservation and prudent liquidity management, invests for an average portfolio maturity of less than 60 days, with high liquidity maintenance (10% daily). Leveraging a proprietary AI system to optimise the Fund's allocation to various bank deposits available in the market on a day-to-day basis, engineered by Tencent which is one of GaoTeng's strategic investors.

Cost

Retail share class with 100% trailer fees rebated back to Endowus investors to achieve the lowest cost of access.
