Product

Provides investors with thematic exposure to the Millennials segment, the largest cohort in history with more than 2 billion people who will experience further rising income and spending. Aims to benefit from the 'Millennial Effect' by investing in long-term winners that capture the spending power of Millennials across Technology enabled Consumption & Lifestyle areas.

People

Led by a trio of experienced portfolio managers, Alexis Deladerriere, Nathan Lin and Jennifer Sullivan, each with specific investment sector expertise. Alexis is head of International Developed Markets Equity for Goldman Sachs Asset Management's Fundamental Equity business, overseeing portfolio management and investment research for the firm's global and international equity strategies. Alexis has primary research responsibility for financials and also serves as the financials global sector lead. Nathan is also a lead research analyst on the Emerging Markets Equity team, while Jennifer has research responsibilities within the consumer discretionary, internet and business services sectors, having joined from Citadel.

Performance

The Fund has consistently ranked in the top-half quartile amongst peers for performance, and has displayed an ability to generate outsized returns when markets are in bullish sentiment. However, in periods where the environment is not favorable, the Fund's growth tilt can result in significant drawdowns.

Process

The Fund's investment universe is a proprietary one created by the team, based on a stringent selection criteria that involves looking at areas such as Thematic Exposure, Business Quality and Valuation Discipline. The team adopts an unconstrained approach when scouring for relevant companies, with this approach leading to the Fund having a higher allocation to Emerging Markets and Small and Mid-cap companies compared to its MSCI ACWI Growth benchmark. When sizing the eventual portfolio, factors such as the exposure of the company to the "Millennial Effect" and maximising upside potential relative to risk are taken into consideration.

Cost

Retail share class with 100% trailer fee rebated back to Endowus investors to achieve lower cost of access.
