I confirm that I have carefully read the Terms and Conditions, the Additional General Terms and Special Terms for Hong Kong Clients, and the Risk Disclosure Statement (the “Agreement”). The contents of the Agreement have been provided to me in a language I understand, and I accept the Agreement in its entirety.

Adequate Opportunity to ask questions

I have been given an adequate opportunity to ask questions of a representative of Endowus HK Limited ("Endowus") and to consult my own legal advisors above the Agreement and the Risk Disclosure Statement.Truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of information

I declare that all information provided by me is true, complete and accurate, and I understand that Endowus is entitled to rely on all such information relating to my account.  I understand that Endowus, any of its affiliates and custodians shall not be held responsible for any losses incurred by me as a result of Endowus, any of its affiliates or custodians entering into any Transactions or executing any Instructions in reliance of all such information provided by me.

Self-Declaration for Tax purposes

I acknowledge and agree that (a) the information is collected and may be kept by Endowus for the purpose of automatic exchange of financial account information, and (b) such information may be reported by Endowus to the Inland Revenue Department of the Government of the Hong Kong S.A.R. and exchanged with the tax authorities of another jurisdiction or jurisdictions in which the account holder may be resident for tax purposes, pursuant to the legal provisions for exchange of financial account information provided under the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap.112).

I undertake to advise Endowus of any change in circumstances which affects my tax residency status or causes the information to become incorrect, and to provide Endowus with any updated information within 30 days of such change in circumstances.
