Shux Mazur

Chief People Officer

Shux Mazur is Chief People Officer at Endowus, Asia's leading digital wealth platform. 

In her current role, Shux leads the People function and is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy at Endowus. Her extensive HR career spans various industries including FMCG, investment banking, and fintechs based in Singapore, USA, and Japan. 

Prior to Endowus, she held regional HR leadership roles at Airbnb and Doctor Anywhere, where she supported rapid growth and business expansion into the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and India.

Shux holds a Masters of Arts in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
