Abigail Tan

Head of Operations

Abi is the Head of Operations at Endowus, Asia’s leading digital wealth platform. She has spent the past 10 years in data, strategy and operational roles at global financial institutions as well as startups, including Bloomberg, BlackRock and Funding Societies. 

In her current role, Abi champions operational excellence by spearheading initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, optimising scalability, and enhancing overall efficiency within Endowus. She collaborates closely with cross-functional teams at Endowus and engages with external partners, strategically balancing people and technology resources to discover innovative solutions.

Abi graduated with a First Class Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Statistics, Economics & Finance from University College London.
