‍Who is eligible?

‍2. The promotion is only valid for new users who sign up using this promotional link. Endowus shall retain absolute discretion to decide on the eligibility for participation in the promotion.

You must be aged 18 or above, a holder of a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and with a correspondence address within Hong Kong to be eligible for participation in the promotion.

“Promotion Period” begins from 00:00 on 2 February 2026 and ends on 23:59 on 3 March 2026, unless Endowus exercises its rights under paragraph 10 below.

‍What do I need to do to participate in the promotion?

‍3. You must (i) successfully create an Endowus account using the promotional link under paragraph 2 above; and (ii) complete an investment order or multiple investment orders amounting to at least HKD10,000 or USD1,300 for investment product(s) on Endowus (“Qualifying Investment”) through your Endowus account.

Uninvested cash balance and placement orders of Fixed-Rate Savings are not considered as part of a “Qualifying Investment”.

‍

Do note that a successful placement of an investment typically takes 3-5 business days to complete from the time you create and submit an investment order. Only successfully placed and completed placements of investment orders will be taken into account.

‍When and what do I get from the promotion?

‍4. Upon completion of the Qualifying Investment, a HKD588 Endowus Fee credit (“Reward”) will be distributed to your Endowus account automatically. The Reward can be applied against Endowus Fees payable for investments held in your account for 6 months, commencing from the date of the first trade in your Endowus account.

“Endowus Fee” is charged on a quarterly basis based on clients’ daily average total assets under advice (AUA) for the period of the fee, depending on their cash portfolio. The “Endowus Fee Credits” will not be issued in any other forms in case of withdrawal. This offer is not transferable, may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash. You are responsible for any tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of “Endowus Fee Credits”.

By default, the “Endowus Fee Credits” will be issued in HKD currency and be applicable for HKD investments only. For participants whose investments are in USD only, Endowus will net off your quarterly Endowus Fee charge directly with the valid and available Endowus Fee Credit in a USD equivalent amount.

‍What else do I need to know?

‍5. Endowus accepts no responsibility for accounts or transactions not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

6. Endowus also reserves the right to decline new client sign ups that do not meet our customer due diligence and client suitability requirements. Further, to avoid doubt, the use of our services are subject to the Endowus’ Terms and Conditions.

7. Endowus reserves the right to disqualify you if Endowus believes that there is any fraudulent activity such as, but not limited to, creation of fake accounts.

8. The decision of Endowus regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

9. In entering the promotion, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Endowus reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

10. Endowus reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion of these terms and conditions (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notification to you. Please contact support.hk@endowus.com if you believe you qualified for this promotion but it has not been awarded to you as a result of this early suspension or termination. Events beyond the control of Endowus may occur that render the awarding of the promotion impossible. Accordingly, Endowus will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.

11. By entering the promotion, you agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Endowus and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the promotion and you shall be bound by, and all personal data submitted shall be subject to Endowus’ Privacy Policy and Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures.

12. To the extent permitted by law, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to the jurisdiction of and dealt with by the competent courts of Hong Kong.

13. This T&C has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
