This promotion is organised by Endowus HK Limited (“Endowus”) in collaboration with Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”). It should not and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, invitation, recommendation for buying or selling of investment products or as basis on making any investment decision, or constitute as professional advice. Participants should, before making any investment decision, understand the risks and the relevant laws, tax and accounting principles and consequences, and whether such persons can bear such relevant risks, and if necessary, should seek professional advice.

I. Who is Eligible?

All Endowus Users (“Participants”) are eligible to join this promotion. You must be aged 18 or above, a holder of a valid Hong Kong Identity Card and with a correspondence address within Hong Kong to be eligible for participation in the promotion.

You must be eligible to apply for and be successfully issued a Citi Prestige Credit Card (“Eligible Card”) according to Citibank’s internal approval criteria to be eligible for the Endowus Welcome Offers (“Welcome Offers”) of the Promotion.

Unless otherwise specified, the Welcome Offer is not applicable to customers who currently hold, have cancelled or have held the Eligible Card issued by Citibank within the past 12 months from the month of application for the Eligible Card.

Endowus and Citibank shall retain absolute discretion to decide on the eligibility for participation in the promotion. 

“Promotion Period” begins from 00:00 on 13 February 2026 and ends on 23:59 on 30 June 2026, unless Endowus and Citibank exercises its rights under Section 4 below.

II. What do I need to do to participate in the promotion?

For participants without an Endowus account before the Promotion Period:

Participants must complete all of the following items (“Tasks”) in order to participate in the promotion:

1. Account Creation: Successfully create an Endowus account and complete risk profile assessment;
2. Qualifying Investment: Complete an investment order or multiple investment orders amounting to at least HKD200,000 or USD26,000 for investment product(s) on Endowus (“Qualifying Investment”) through your Endowus account within the Promotion Period; and maintain the investment of an average amount of at least HKD200,000 or USD26,000 for at least 90 consecutive days, commencing from the date when you completed the first investment in Endowus account. Uninvested cash balance and placement orders of Fixed-Rate Savings are not considered as part of a Qualifying Investment;
   
   • Do note that a successful placement of an investment typically takes 3-5 business days to complete from the time you create and submit an investment order. Only successfully placed and completed placements of investment orders will be taken into account. To understand more about trade dates and confirmation dates, please refer to this link.
3. Consultation: Schedule and complete an online or in-person consultation session with an Endowus Client Advisor through the designated website within the Promotion Period;
4. Credit Card Application: Successfully apply for a principal card of the Eligible Card issued by Citibank through the designated website during the Promotion Period and receive approval from Citibank by 31 July 2026. Upon approval, Participants must activate their physical card and fully pay the first-year annual fee of HKD3,800 within one month from card issuance;‍
5. Endowus × Citi Prestige Collaboration Promotion 2026 Application Form Submission: Complete and submit the form to provide Endowus with your valid Eligible Card application reference number, other requested information stated in the form, and agree to the receipt of direct marketing communications from Endowus.

‍For Participants with an Endowus account before the Promotion Period:

Participants must complete all of the following items (“Tasks”) in order to participate in the promotion:

III. What do I get from the promotion?

For approved Eligible Card applications submitted between 00:00 on 13 February 2026 and 23:59 on 15 April 2026: HKD4,000 (“Welcome Offer”) will be credited to the eligible Participant’s Endowus account 3 calendar months following the successful verification that all tasks in Section 2 have been completed and the first year annual fee has been billed and fully paid (“Fulfilment Period”). The annual fee can neither be waived nor reversed under any circumstances.

For approved Eligible Card applications submitted from 00:00 on 16 April 2026 to 23:59 on 30 June 2026: HKD4,000 (“Welcome Offer”) will be credited to the eligible Participant’s Eligible Card on or before 30 September 2026, following the successful verification that all tasks in Section 2 have been completed and the first year annual fee has been billed and fully paid. (“Fulfilment Period ”)

The reward is not transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for other forms of credit. The Eligible Card’s annual fee can neither be waived nor reversed under any circumstances.

Participant’s Eligible Card accounts must be valid and in good standing during the entire Promotion Period and Fulfillment Period in order to enjoy the welcome offers.

Endowus and Citibank will determine the eligibility of Participants for the Welcome Offer at its sole and absolute discretion.

Each Participant is entitled to one welcome offer only. Welcome offers cannot be changed once indicated on the application form. Participants would not be eligible to Citi Prestige Card welcome offer of 360,000 Points or 720,000 Points once selected the Endowus Welcome Offer.

If participants subsequently cancel the designated Eligible Card within one year from the date of card issuance, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the participants’ credit card accounts the equivalent amount of the welcome offers awarded under this promotion.

Limited quotas apply on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Any enquiries or disputes regarding redemption submissions or reward claims received more than 3 months after the end of the Fulfillment Period will not be entertained.

IV. What else do I need to know?

Endowus and Citibank accept no responsibility for accounts not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

Endowus and Citibank also reserve the right to decline new client sign ups that do not meet our customer due diligence and client suitability requirements. Further, to avoid doubt, the use of our services are subject to Citibank’s and Endowus’ Terms and Conditions.

Endowus and Citibank reserve the right to not allow participation by any person, at its discretion. In addition, Endowus and Citibank reserve the right to disqualify any participant who is suspected of any fraudulent activity, such as, but not limited to, the creation of fake accounts.

The decision of Endowus and Citibank regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.

In entering the promotion, Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Endowus and Citibank reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Endowus and Citibank reserve the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion of these terms and conditions (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notification to participants. Whilst we will always use our best endeavours to honour our promotions. Events beyond our control may occur that would render the award of the promotion impossible. Accordingly, Endowus and Citibank will not be liable for any loss, whether directly or indirectly suffered, as a result of an event outside of its control.

In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offer was awarded, Citibank and/or Endowus reserve the right to reverse or claim refund of the offer without prior notice.

By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Promotion (including but not limited to eligibility verification, welcome offer crediting, and fraud prevention), Endowus and Citibank will share your relevant personal data with each other. This data sharing will be conducted in accordance with Endowus’ Privacy Policy and Endowus’ Terms, Conditions & Disclosures and Citibank's Privacy Policy, and you consent to such sharing by entering into this Promotion. You are encouraged to review these policies for full details on how your personal data is collected, processed, and used.To the extent permitted by law, these Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in Hong Kong.

No person other than eligible Participants, Endowus and Citibank will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.

To borrow or not to borrow? Borrow only if you can repay!
