We refer to the notification letter from ABERDEEN STANDARD INV (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 07/05/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU2153591404 abrdn SICAV I - ASIAN SDG EQUITY "A" (USD) ACC
• LU2424517915 abrdn SICAV I - ASIAN SDG EQUITY "A" (HKD) ACC
• LU2153592121 abrdn SICAV I - EMERGING MARKETS SDG EQUITY "A" (USD) ACC A
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 06/05/2025.
MATERIAL CHANGE: Abrdn is committed to reviewing its range of Funds with the aim of ensuring that they continue to meet client and regulatory requirements and expectations. As a result of this review process, abrdn has determined it appropriate to increase the minimum Sustainable Investment commitments across its Article 9 Funds. In addition, for all Article 8 and 9 Funds, the language relating to committing to the minimum level of Sustainable Investments will be updated in the Prospectus to expand and clarify the calculation methodology in relation to Sustainable Investments.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE.
Effective from 07/05/2025, the investment objective of the fund abrdn SICAV I - GLOBAL DYNAMIC DIVIDEND will be amended.
New investment objective: The Fund’s investment objective is to achieve income combined with long-term capital growth by investing at least two-thirds of the Fund’s assets in equities and equity-related securities of companies.
