We refer to the notification letter from ABERDEEN STANDARD INV (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 15/11/2024, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
• LU0049014870 ABRDN LIQUIDITY FUND (LUX) - USD "A2" (USD) ACC
From the Effective Date, the minimum investment amounts applicable to relevant Share Classes in each Fund will be reduced and the minimum holding amounts updated accordingly. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no impact to existing Shareholders as a result of these changes.
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 14/11/2024.
2. CHANGE IN FEES.
- Change in applied management fee, effective from 15/11/2024.

- Change in maximum management fee, effective from 15/11/2024.

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 14/11/2024.
