Notice to Shareholders from ABERDEEN STANDARD INV (LU) - 27/2/2026
We refer to the notification letter from ABERDEEN STANDARD INV (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 26/03/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU2628679941 SHORT DATED ENHANCED INCOME FUND "X" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 25/03/2026.
Please note that Aberdeen Investments is updating its sustainability framework for SFDR Article 8 and 9 Funds by replacing the ESG House Score with a broader Overall Sustainability Assessment to provide a more holistic evaluation of companies and ensure greater consistency in sustainable investment commitments. Please note consolidation of investment approach documents into website disclosure.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 26/03/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU2628679941 SHORT DATED ENHANCED INCOME FUND "X" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 25/03/2026.
ESG and Clarification: Active fixed income Article 8 Funds will lose their limited flexibility to invest in transitional (non‑coal‑screen‑passing) opportunities while this flexibility is newly added to Article 8 equity Funds, and Article 8 Promoting ESG Funds will also stop committing to maintain an ESG rating above their benchmark to support harmonisation across the framework.
