Notice to Shareholders from ALLIANZ GLOBAL INV (LU) - 16/09/2025
We refer to the notification letter from ALLIANZ GLOBAL INV (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 19/09/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
• LU1794554631 ALLIANZ ALL CHINA EQUITY "AT" (CNY) ACC
ESG: Please note that certain specific defence activities should be eligible for the sub-funds managed in accordance with SFDR Article 8.
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 18/09/2025.
ALLFUNDS will execute the Corporate Event once it has all the necessary information and means. Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 19/09/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU1794554631 ALLIANZ ALL CHINA EQUITY "AT" (CNY) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 18/09/2025.
Clarification: The investment restriction will be added to the following sub-fund. The new “CPF Investment Restriction".
