We refer to the notification letter from ALPINVEST PARTNERS B.V. (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 17/04/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

Amendments made in the Prospectus of the Fund: 1) Update of the AIFMD framework and related changes to the prospectus: a. Liquidity Management Tools; b. Loan origination; c. Side pockets and suspensions. 2) New references for the new Circular CSSF 25/901. 3) AIFM fees, charges and expenses

Amendments to the Supplements: a. Redemptions Section 9 (Subscriptions and Redemptions) has been updated to make reference to (i) the AIFM decision to limit the aggregate NAV of total redemptions of the Redemption Amount on a given Redemption Date and (ii) the extension of redemption notice period (as explained in Part I). b. Selected liquidity management tools: A new section 16 (selected liquidity management tools) has been added in the CAPM Sub- Fund Supplement to disclose the two liquidity management tools which the AIFM has deemed relevant for the CAPM Sub-Fund, namely: (i) extension of notice periods and (ii) redemption gates.
