We refer to the notification letter from ALPINVEST PARTNERS B.V. (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 06/11/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU2827810776 CARLYLE ALPINVEST PRIVATE MARKETS "B1" (USD) ACC
The Board has decided to make the following amendments to the Prospectus:an additional risk factor has been included concerning the launch of new share classes; specific legends have been included in respect of Argentina, Bermuda, the Dominican Republic, New Zealand and Peru;investor eligibility requirements have been clarified to specify a minimum initial subscription amount of USD 1 million for Direct Investors
2. CHANGE IN THE DEALING CUT OFF TIME.
Effective from 06/11/2025, the following funds will be changing its official subscriptions cut off time to 12:00CET(D-10).
- LU2827810776 CARLYLE ALPINVEST PRIVATE MARKETS "B1" (USD) ACC
Please note that this change may not have an impact in Endowus internal cut off time.
The subscription cut-off dates for the CAPM Sub-Fund have been updated to ten Business Days before the proposed Subscription Date for initial subscriptions, and four Business Days before the proposed Subscription Date for subsequent subscriptions.
