Notice to Shareholders from AMUNDI HONG KONG LIMITED (HK) - 10/8/2026
We refer to the notification letter from AMUNDI HONG KONG LIMITED (HK) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 07/09/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- HK0000329125 AMUNDI HARVEST FUNDS VIETNAM OPPORTUNITIES (USD) ACC
The definition of Business Day will be amended to mean a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is open for trading and banks in New York and Vietnam are open for normal banking business. The definitions of Dealing Day, Dealing Deadline, Valuation Day and Valuation Time will be updated accordingly.
2. SWING PRICING.
Effective from 07/09/2026, the following fund/s will be implementing a swing pricing policy as a mechanism to enhance the protection offered to shareholders from the impact of dilution caused by large shareholder activity:
- HK0000329125 AMUNDI HARVEST FUNDS VIETNAM OPPORTUNITIES (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 07/09/2026.
Introduction of a swing pricing mechanism to protect existing investors from dilution caused by significant capital flows. NAV per Unit may be adjusted for net inflows or outflows, with adjustments normally capped at 2% and up to 5% in exceptional market conditions.
