We refer to the notification letter from AMUNDI LUX (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. SWITCH IN / SWITCH OUT
Effective on 28/11/2025, the following switch/es will take place:
Key dates:
Shares in the absorbed fund will be issued until 30/10/2025
Redemptions in the absorbed fund will be possible until 28/11/2025
Shareholders in the absorbed fund who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until 28/11/2025
Holdings in Share Classes C are automatically converted without fee into a corresponding share classes A within the same sub-fund following expiry of the deferred sales charge period applicable. This automatic conversion of holdings in Share Classes C will be fully implemented as of 28 November 2025.
