We refer to the notification letter from AMUNDI LUX (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 17/06/2024, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU2420245834 AMUNDI INDEX GLOBAL AGG 500M "A12HU" (USD) ACC
• LU2420245750 AMUNDI INDEX MSCI EMERGING MARKETS "A12" (USD) ACC
• LU2420245321 AMUNDI INDEX MSCI WORLD "A12U" (USD) ACC
Please note the clarifications on (i) the procedure for authorized participants to submit a dealing request to subscribe or redeem shares denominated as “UCITS ETF” of the sub-funds of the Company and (ii) the subscription and redemption process depending on whether the authorized participants choose to deal in kind or in cash or both. The Board also decides to the extend the Transaction Deadlines of the share classes denominated “UCITS ETF”, as reflected in the Appendix below. As a consequence, the Section “Planning Your Investment” of each sub-fund’s description will be amended.
