We refer to the notification letter from AQR CAPITAL MGMT (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 13/10/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
• LU1842777275 AQR DELPHI LONG-SHORT EQUITY UCITS "IAE1F" (EUR) ACC
• LU1842778679 AQR DELPHI LONG-SHORT EQUITY UCITS "IAUFT" (USD) ACC
All subscription orders for the Fund submitted on behalf of underlying investors must include a clear identifier / reference of the underlying distribution partner associated with the transaction. In cases where the underlying distribution partner is clearly identified by the Registered Account of Record, this will suffice.
Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
