We refer to the notification letter from AQR CAPITAL MGMT (LU) with the following announcement(s).

1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.


Effective from 06/03/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:

  • LU1842777275 AQR DELPHI LONG-SHORT EQUITY UCITS "IAE1F" (EUR) ACC
  • LU1842778679 AQR DELPHI LONG-SHORT EQUITY UCITS "IAUFT" (USD) ACC

ESG: The Board has determined that, as part of the Sub-Fund’s promotion of environmental and/or social characteristics, the proportion of the Sub-Fund’s assets committed to be aligned with such characteristics, will be adjusted o 70%. The change in asset allocation results from an update to the methodology used to calculate the SFDR asset allocation for the Sub-Fund. The update of the methodology involves changes to the way free cash, cash equivalents and FX-forwards are considered and the removal of duration adjustment applied to T-Bills.
