We refer to the notification letter from AQR CAPITAL MGMT (LU) with the following announcement(s).

1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.

Effective from 19/12/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:

‍

  • LU1842777275 AQR DELPHI LONG-SHORT EQUITY UCITS "IAE1F" (EUR) ACC
  • LU1842778679 AQR DELPHI LONG-SHORT EQUITY UCITS "IAUFT" (USD) ACC

ESG: The Sub-Funds’ investment strategy promoting environmental and social characteristics will be refined for greater clarity. Their Sustainability Annexes will be updated to enhance transparency. Changes include replacing the dynamic ESG screening with an Ongoing Controversies screen excluding companies involved in 'Very Severe Ongoing controversies', updating the definition of fossil‑fuel companies (those deriving ≥5% of revenue from oil, gas or thermal coal), and clarifying that no minimum reduction rate applies before implementing the investment strategy
