1. GENERAL CHANGES.


Effective from 29/10/2024, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.

• LU0493855521 ASHMORE SICAV EMERGING MARKET INVESTMENT GRADE SOVEREIGN DEBT "I" (USD) INC

***IMPORTANT: Please be informed that on 09/20/2024, the Fund gave public notice of its intention to request the withdrawal of its shares from the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LSE) and from trading from the regulated market of the LSE (the "Delisting”). The Intention to Delist extends to all the shares issued by Sub- Funds of the Fund which are currently listed and admitted to trading on the LSE. This includes the Listed Share(s) in which you are currently invested. A request for the purposes of the withdrawal of the Listed Shares will be submitted to the LSE.

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 28/10/2024.
