Notice to Shareholders from ASHMORE IM LTD (LU) - 29/04/2025
We refer to the notification letter from ASHMORE IM LTD (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 28/05/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU0493855521 ASHMORE SICAV EMERGING MARKET INVESTMENT GRADE SOVEREIGN DEBT "I" (USD) INC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 24/05/2025.
Material changes: Please be informed that the Board of Directors has decided to update the respective investment policies of the Sub-Funds to provide that they may invest, in addition to the general limit applicable to MoneyMarket Instruments, up to 50% of their net assets in US T-Bills (as defined in a new definition included under section 1.2 “Definitions” of the Prospectus) for cash management purposes.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 28/05/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU0493855521 ASHMORE SICAV EMERGING MARKET INVESTMENT GRADE SOVEREIGN DEBT "I" (USD) INC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 24/05/2025.
ESG: Please be informed that the Board of Directors has decided to update the respective SFDR annexes of the Sub-Funds to provide that in case an invested security no longer fulfill or meet the ESG criteria.
3. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 28/05/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU0493855521 ASHMORE SICAV EMERGING MARKET INVESTMENT GRADE SOVEREIGN DEBT "I" (USD) INC
Please be informed that, in light of the geographical scope of distribution of the Fund, the Board of Directors has decided to amend the Prospectus to include the city of New York in the definition of a “Business Day” for all Sub-Funds.
