We refer to the notification letter from AURUM ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS (BM) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 02/01/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
• BMG063321373 AURUM ARTISAN FUND "B" (USD) ACC
Compulsory Redemption** It is the current intention of the directors, on receipt of such compulsory redemption proceeds, to return such amount to shareholders in the Artisan Fund by way of a partial compulsory redemption of shares. As with the Point72 Fund compulsory redemption process, it is anticipated that subscriptions made by investors into the Artisan Fund during 2024 will not be subject to compulsory redemption. The compulsory redemption will be effective as at 2 January 2025 and it is expected investors will be notified of the value of their shares that will be redeemed on or around the 28thJanuary 2025 with redemption proceeds paid as soon as possible thereafter.
