We refer to the notification letter from AURUM FUND MANAGEMENT LTD (BM) with the following announcement(s).

1. GENERAL CHANGES.


Effective from 01/04/2026, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.

  • BMG063293648 AURUM SCHONFELD FUND "B" (USD) ACC

Following changes in the liquidity profile of the Schonfeld Strategic Partners Fund, in which the Fund invests, the directors have reviewed the redemption terms of the Fund and have determined that the existing investor level gate, which currently requires 3 years to fully exit the fund (a maximum of 8.33% per quarter) can be lowered to enable investors to redeem over 2 years (a maximum of 12.5% per quarter). These changes will be effective in respect of redemption requests received after the date hereof.
