We refer to the notification letter from BLACKROCK LUX (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN BENCHMARK.
Effective from 16/12/2025, the benchmark of BGF NEXT GENERATION TECHNOLOGY will be changed to: MSCI ACWI SMID GROWTH/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INDEX.
Affected ISIN code/s as follows:
- LU1861216197 BGF NEXT GENERATION TECHNOLOGY "D2" (USD) ACC
- LU2290526834 BGF NEXT GENERATION TECHNOLOGY "A2" (HKDHDG) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 15/12/2025.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 16/12/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU2243824054 BGF CHINA BOND "D6" (USDHDG) INC
- LU2112292250 BGF CHINA BOND "D2" (USDHDG) ACC
- LU1963769176 BGF CHINA BOND "A6" (HKDHDG) INC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 15/12/2025.
MATERIAL:Expected level of leverage of the Fund: 190% of Net Asset Value
3. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 16/12/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU1580142625 BGF SYSTEMATIC CHINA A-SHARE OPPORTUNITIES "D2" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 15/12/2025.
MATERIAL:The Investment Adviser has decided to decrease the proportion of assets under management subject to Total Return Swaps from 40% to 10% for this Fund.
