We refer to the notification letter from BLACKROCK LUX (LU) with the following announcement(s).

1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.

Effective from 22/11/2024, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:

• LU0842063264 BGF WORLD REAL ESTATE SECURITES "D2" (USD) ACC
• LU1499592464 BGF WORLD REAL ESTATE SECURITES "A6" (USD) INC
• LU2190626999 BGF WORLD REAL ESTATE SECURITES "A" (HKDHDG) INC

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 21/11/2024.

MATERIAL&ESG:The Fund will be considered as promoting environmental characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 under the SFDR and applicable PCDs will be made available as from the Effective Date Amendmends:(i) Provide that the Fund will apply exclusionary screens pursuant to the BlackRock EMEA Baseline Screens ii) Provide that the Fund will promote climate change mitigation efforts (iii) the Fund will seek to maximise total return in a manner consistent with the principles of ESG investing.
