We refer to the notification letter from BLACKROCK LUX (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 03/12/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU2047633727 BSF GLOBAL REAL ASSET SECURITIES "D" (USD) INC
- LU1251621188 BSF GLOBAL EVENT DRIVEN "D2" (USD) ACC
Changes to the Risk of Capital Erosion section; Changes to the Sustainability Risks section; Changes to the Taxation section; Changes to the ESG Integration section; and Creation of an Investment in initial public offerings section. Minor updates: The update through the Prospectus of the Investor Service’s contact information; The update of the postal address of State Street Bank International GmbH; The inclusion of a "Abu Dhabi Global Market" section in Appendix C "Authorised Status" to reflect the relevant disclosures.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 03/12/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU2047633727 BSF GLOBAL REAL ASSET SECURITIES "D" (USD) INC
Material changes: The amendment to the "Benchmark Use" section for the BlackRock Global Real Asset Securities Fund to reflect that the index used by the Fund will no longer be used to compare its performance but remains applicable for risk management purposes.
