Notice to Shareholders from BLACKROCK LUX (LU) - 29/09/2025
We refer to the notification letter from BLACKROCK LUX (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. LIQUIDATION.
Effective from 14/11/2025, the following fund/s will be liquidated:
• LU0827887869 BGF NUTRITION "D2" (HKD) ACC
• LU0629637199 BGF NUTRITION "D2" (USD) ACC
New subscriptions or conversions into the fund will be accepted until 17/10/2025.
Redemptions will be possible until 13/11/2025.
Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
2. SOFT-CLOSURE.
Effective from 23/09/2025, the following fund/s is/are closed to subscriptions from new clients. Existing investors may still subscribe.
• LU0629637199 BGF NUTRITION "D2" (USD) ACC
• LU0827887869 BGF NUTRITION "D2" (HKD) ACC
Further subscriptions to the Fund are not permitted from 23 September 2025. However, up until four (4) weeks following the date of this notice, outstanding subscriptions from existing regular saver shareholders where such outstanding subscriptions have been agreed with the relevant saver prior to date of this notice will be accepted.
