We refer to the notification letter from BLUEBAY AM LLP (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 19/08/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
• LU2277627647 BLUEBAY EMERGING MARKET UNCONSTRAINED BOND "C" (USD) ACC
• LU2852981724 BLUEBAY INVESTMENT GRADE ABSOLUTE RETURN BOND "Q" (USDHDG) INC
The Prospectus has been updated in order to reflect the following amendments: Addition of Mr Adrian Clark to the Board of Directors and of Mr Gildas Blanchard as Conducting Officer of the BlueBay Funds Management Company S.A. Update to the address of the Sub-Investment Manager. Update to the denomination of the auditors of the Fund and the Management Company. Introduction of additional ESG screens on controversial weapons. Change to the Class B’s, E's and ER's Eligibility Requirements. Update to Section 7.6 “Redemption of Shares”. Update of section 7.10 “Data Protection”.
