We refer to the notification letter from BNP PARIBAS AM (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 11/01/2027, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU0167239168 BNP PARIBAS INSTICASH USD 1D LVNAV "P" (USD) ACC
Please note updates primarily related to sustainability policies, fee disclosures, and regulatory harmonization following the integration of AXA Investment Managers into BNP Paribas. The changes include enhancements to the Sustainability Policy, revised methodology for identifying sustainable investments, strengthened negative screening criteria, and updates to SFDR-related disclosures.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 11/01/2027, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU0167239168 BNP PARIBAS INSTICASH USD 1D LVNAV "P" (USD) ACC
Please note amendments to the “Valuation Day” subsection: For each Business Day with the exception of bank holidays communicated by the Federal Reserve (as published on the Federal Reserve website) whose observation is recommended by SIFMA, there is a corresponding NAV which is dated the same day.
