We refer to the notification letter from BNY MELLON IM (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN BENCHMARK.
Effective from 30/05/2025, the benchmark of BNY MELLON US MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEBT will be changed to: 30% Bloomberg U.S. Municipal Bond TR Index, 70% Bloomberg Taxable U.S. Municipal Bond TR Index.
Affected ISIN code/s as follows:
• IE00BDCJZ442 BNY MELLON US MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEBT "W" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 29/05/2025.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 30/05/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• IE00BDCJZ442 BNY MELLON US MUNICIPAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEBT "W" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 29/05/2025.
ESG: the Fund's minimum commitment to SFDR Sustainable Investment will change from 0% to 5%.
