1. FUND REDENOMINATION.
Effective from 12/12/2025, the Fund CGF EUROPEAN GROWTH AND INCOME will be renamed as CAPITAL GROUP EUROPEAN CORE EQUITY FUND (LUX)

2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE.
Effective from 12/12/2025, the investment objective of the fund CGF EUROPEAN GROWTH AND INCOME will be amended.
New investment objective: The Fund aims to achieve long term capital growth by mainly investing in listed Equities of companies based in developed European countries. In pursuing this objective, the Fund seeks to generate total return through both capital appreciation and income from dividends.
