Notice to Shareholders from CAPITAL INTL (LU) - 21/08/2025
We refer to the notification letter from CAPITAL INTL (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 22/09/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU2343842105 CAPITAL GROUP AMERICAN BALANCED "ZL" (USD) ACC
ESG: Addition of environmental and/or social criteria to the management process, resulting in limited portfolio changes and a modification of classification under the Sustainable Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) from Article 6 to Article 8:
A) Apply a carbon intensity target on the equity portion of the portfolio that is lower than that of its index.
B)Invest at least 10% of net assets in sustainable investments.
C) Follow a Negative Screening Policy.
D) invest in companies with good governance practices.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 22/09/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:

• LU2177479024 CAPITAL GROUP GLOBAL TOTAL RETURN BOND FUND "ZL" (USD) ACC
ESG: Addition of environmental and/or social criteria to the management process, resulting in limited portfolio changes and a modification of classification under the Sustainable Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) from Article 6 to Article 8:
A) Follow a Negative Screening Policy.

3. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 19/09/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU2099823747 CIF CG EMERGING MARKETS LOCAL CURRENCY DEBT "ZLD" (USD) INC
• LU2099823663 CIF CG EMERGING MARKETS LOCAL CURRENCY DEBT "ZL" (USD) ACC
CLARIFICATION: Amendment to show the fund ’s ability to invest in U.S. Treasuries to enhance clarity.
