Notice to Shareholders from COLUMBIA THREADNEEDLE MGMT LUX (LU) - 15/07/2025
We refer to the notification letter from COLUMBIA THREADNEEDLE MGMT LUX (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 13/08/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
• LU0757432546 CT (LUX) I PAN EUROPEAN SMALL CAP OPPORTUNITIES "AU" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 12/08/2025.
Material changes: Investments in companies that generate more than 10% of their revenues from involvement in the controversial weapons sector, which includes military weapons and civilian firearms, are currently excluded. These exclusions will no longer apply. The Portfolios' Investment Managers believe there are compelling reasons to invest in companies operating in the defense industry. Rising government defense spending means the number of defense-exposed companies is likely to increase. This should broaden the range of investment opportunities available and could, in turn, improve their performance.
