We refer to the notification letter from COLUMBIA THREADNEEDLE MGMT LUX (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE OF TRANSFER AGENT.
Effective from 23/02/2026, State Street Bank International GmbH, Luxembourg Branch will be the new Transfer Agent of the below fund/s:
- COLUMBIA THREADNEEDLE (LUX) I
Affected ISIN code/s as follows:
- LU1859430891 CT (LUX) I US HIGH YIELD BOND "IU" (USD) ACC A
- LU0757432546 CT (LUX) I PAN EUROPEAN SMALL CAP OPPORTUNITIES "AU" (USD) ACC
Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 20/02/2026.
As a result of the change of Domiciliary Agent, the registered address of the SICAVs will change from 31, Z.A. Bourmicht, L-8070 Bertrange to 49, Avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. State Street will perform key functions including, but not limited to, custody and safekeeping of assets, ensuring investments align with the SICAVs’ investment objectives and policies, and accurate valuation of the SICAVs.
2. CHANGE OF CUSTODIAN/DEPOSITARY.
Effective from 23/02/2026, State Street Bank International GmbH, Luxembourg Branch will be the new custodian/depositary of the following fund/s:
- COLUMBIA THREADNEEDLE (LUX) I

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 20/02/2026.
For the currency hedged share classes only, it is updating how the cost are applying. Following the transition to State Street, a fixed rate of 0,025% will apply to all assets under management in currency hedged share classes. This will result in a 0,065% cost reduction, although the cost will now appear in the OFC instead of transaction cost.
3. CHANGE OF ADMINISTRATOR.
Effective from 23/02/2026, State Street Bank International GmbH, Luxembourg Branch will be the new Fund Administrator of the following fund/s:
- COLUMBIA THREADNEEDLE (LUX) I
