We refer to the notification letter from DNCA FINANCE (LU) with the following announcement(s).

1. GENERAL CHANGES.


Effective from 10/08/2026, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.

  • LU2736013769 DNCA ALPHA BONDS "WAD" (USD) INC
  • LU1694789378 DNCA ALPHA BONDS "I" (EUR) ACC
  • LU1859213875 DNCA INVEST ALPHA BONDS "I" (USDHDG) ACC

DNCA Invest – Alpha Bonds will absorb Nagelmackers Institutional Variable Term on 18 September 2026, subject to approval by the latter’s shareholders. The merger aims to streamline fund offerings and increase assets under management. As the transferred assets represent less than 1% of the receiving fund, DNCA expects no material impact on portfolio management, performance, or operations. Merger costs will be borne by the management company, and shareholders may redeem or switch their shares free of charge until 18 September 2026.

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 18/09/2026.
