1. CHANGE TO THE MINIMUM/MAXIMUM INVESTMENTS.


Effective from 01/09/2025, the following will be amended:

- Minimum initial subscription value.

• HK0000365541 E FUND (HK) US DOLLAR MONEY MARKET "I" (USD) ACC                              New: 100,000 USD
• HK0000464419 E FUND (HK) HONG KONG DOLLAR MONEY MARKET "I" (HKD) ACC        New: 1,000,000 HKD

2. GENERAL CHANGES.


Effective from 01/09/2025, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.

• HK0000467347 E FUND (HK) SHORT-DURATION BOND "I" (HKD) ACC

Currently, the ongoing charges figures for Class A Units, Class B Units, Class I RMB Hedged Units, and Class I Units (except Class I RMB Hedged Units) are capped at a maximum of 1.00%, 1.25%, 0.75% and 0.50% of the average NAV of the relevant class from 1 March 2025 until 1 September 2025.

From the Effective Date, the OCF Cap Period in respect of each of Class A Units, Class B Units, Class I RMB Hedged Units and Class I Units (except Class I RMB Hedged Units) will be extended 31 December 2025. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no change to the capped level.

ALLFUNDS will execute the Corporate Event once it has all the necessary information and means. Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
