Notice to Shareholders from EASTSPRING INV (LU) - 02/12/2025
We refer to the notification letter from EASTSPRING INV (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 28/11/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU2373661078 EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS ASIA SELECT BOND "AH" (HKD) ACC
- LU2068974737 EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS ASIA SELECT BOND "A" (USD) ACC
Removal of all references concerning the liquidated sub-funds "CICC China USD Select Bond Fund", "China A Shares Growth Fund" and "Japan ESG Equity Fund"; amendments to Section 1.4 "Classes of Shares, Minimum Subscription and Minimum Holding", Section 2.1.5 "Redemption Charge" and Appendix 9 "Overview of base classes of shares and summary of charges and expenses", to introduce the Class V Shares; amendments to the Appendix 1 "Directory" of the Prospectus to reflect the updated roles and responsibilities.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 28/11/2025, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU2373661078 EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS ASIA SELECT BOND "AH" (HKD) ACC
- LU2068974737 EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS ASIA SELECT BOND "A" (USD) ACC
ESG: Amendments to the Appendix 7 "Environmental, social and governance considerations and sustainability risks" and specifically to the SFDR disclosure document of the Sub-Fund "Asia Select Bond Fund" to clarify the ESG integration and selection process.
