Notice to Shareholders from EASTSPRING INV (LU) - 2/6/2026
We refer to the notification letter from EASTSPRING INV (LU) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 01/06/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- LU2068974737 EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS ASIA SELECT BOND "A" (USD) ACC
- LU2373661078 EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS ASIA SELECT BOND "AH" (HKD) ACC
Please be informed about the following changes: 1) amendment to Appendix 3 – Risk Considerations to clarify the risks associated with instruments with loss absorption features; 2) certain typographical corrections and amendments aimed at improving clarity throughout the Prospectus.
2. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 01/06/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- LU2373661078 EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS ASIA SELECT BOND "AH" (HKD) ACC
- LU2068974737 EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS ASIA SELECT BOND "A" (USD) ACC
ESG & CLARIFICATION: clarification of the ESG exclusion criteria applied, in particular to provide greater transparency on the application of the additional exclusion screens based on MSCI data.
