The Company is entitled to a Management Allocation for its services to the Sub-Fund. The Company intends to introduce a cap to such a Management Allocation representing a maximum level to the amount of management fees payable by Shareholders to whom the cap applies.The Company has decided to retroactively calculate the benefit of such cap for the calendar year 2024 and award an equivalent amount to Shareholders in the November and December 2024 respective NAVs and to partially waive the Management Allocation.The Company may also seek to implement the 2024 Award by waiving establishment costs of the Company and/or such other settlement methods in the Company deems suitable.
