1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 15/12/2025, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- IE00B8H6X308 FEDERATED HERMES ASIA EX-JAPAN EQUITY "F" (USD) ACC
Please be informed about the removal of the current cap of 3.5% of the NAV per share that may be made by way of Dilution Adjustment to net subscriptions or net redemptions on any Dealing Day. The Prospectus provides that based on historical data, the Dilution Adjustment typically ranges between 0.1% and 0.5% of the NAV per share.
