We refer to the notification letter from FEDERATED HERMES INV MGMT LTD (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 19/10/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- IE00B8H6X308 FEDERATED HERMES ASIA EX-JAPAN EQUITY "F" (USD) ACC
Please be informed about the amendment of the valuation point of all Fund from midday on each Dealing Day (the “Midday Valuation Point”) to close of business of the latest closing market on which the investments of the Fund are traded on each Dealing Day (the “COB Valuation Point”). The rationale for this change is to further reduce the use of prior day valuations for a Fund’s investments on any Dealing Day.
2. CHANGE IN THE DEALING CUT OFF TIME.
Effective from 19/10/2026, the following funds will be changing its official subscriptions and redemptions cut off time to 12:30CET(D).
- IE00B8H6X308 FEDERATED HERMES ASIA EX-JAPAN EQUITY "F" (USD) ACC
3. CHANGE IN SETTLEMENT CYCLE.
Effective from 19/10/2026, the following funds will be changing its subscriptions and redemptions settlement cycle to D+2.
