We refer to the notification letter from FIRST SENTIER INVESTORS (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE OF INVESTMENT MANAGER.
Effective from 14/11/2025, FSSA Investment Managers will be appointed as investment manager of STEWART INVESTORS ASIA PACIFIC ALL CAP.

Effective Friday 14 November 2025, First Sentier Group transferred SI’s investment management responsibilities to FSSA Investment Managers, excluding the Worldwide strategies. For the avoidance of doubt, these funds will continue to be actively managed in line with their stated investment objectives and policies as set out in the Prospectus, and you can continue to buy, switch and sell your shares as normal.
2. CHANGE OF INVESTMENT MANAGER.
