Dear Distribution Partner,We are writing to inform you about the planned registration of the First Sentier Investors Global Umbrella Fund (FSIGUF) in the UK under the FCA’s new Overseas Fund Regime regulations. They are updating their offering and pre-contractual documents to ensure compliance, with registration expected between May and July 2025. Updated documents will be available on our website from mid-May 2025.Please note the FCA requires offshore funds with the same name as onshore funds to have their domicile clearly identified to investors. Kindly ensure your marketing and distribution efforts reflect this requirement.
ALLFUNDS will execute the Corporate Event once it has all the necessary information and means. Please note that the effective date of its execution not necessarily being the one reported in this document.
