We refer to the notification letter from FIRST SENTIER INVESTORS (IE) with the following announcement(s).

1. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.


Effective from 27/08/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:

  • IE000AQHA357 STEWART INVESTORS GLOBAL EMERGING MARKETS ALL CAP "I" (USD) ACC
  • IE0032834883 FSSA ASIAN EQUITY PLUS "I" (USD) INC
  • IE00B067MR52 FSSA ASIAN EQUITY PLUS "I" (USD) ACC
  • IE00B9723685 FSSA GREATER CHINA GROWTH "III" (USD) ACC
  • IE00B97KM107 FSSA ASIAN EQUITY PLUS "I" (HKD) ACC

Shareholders who do not agree with the change have the opportunity to redeem their shares free of charge until the 26/08/2026.

The Prospectus will be updated to reflect EU regulatory changes and clarify operational practices. The Company will formally designate Redemption Gates and Anti-Dilution Adjustment (ADA) as liquidity management tools, while updating suspension and in-kind redemption provisions. Bond Funds may use eligible investment research provided free of direct charge or funded from the relevant firm's own resources, with no soft dollar benefits or cash rebates permitted. Monthly dividend rates for Distributing Shares will be based on estimated income and projected gains and losses.

2. CHANGE OF INVESTMENT MANAGER.


Effective from 27/08/2026, First Sentier Investors (Australia) IM Ltd will be appointed as investment manager of FIRST SENTIER INVESTORS GLOBAL UMBRELLA.
