Notice to Shareholders from FIRST SENTIER INVESTORS (IE) - 31/08/2024
We refer to the notification letter from FIRST SENTIER INVESTORS (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. LIQUIDATION.
Effective from 02/12/2024, the following fund/s will be liquidated:
• IE00BSJWPN04 FSSA JAPAN EQUITY"I" (USD) ACC
New subscriptions or conversions into the fund will be accepted until 29/11/2024.
Redemptions will be possible until 29/11/2024.
The Directors have decided to terminate the Fund on 2 December 2024 (the “Effective Date”) and to advise you that, unless you take the alternative action outlined below, your Shares in the Fund will be compulsorily redeemed by the Company on the Effective Date.
2. SOFT-CLOSURE.
Effective from 29/08/2024, the following fund/s is/are closed to subscriptions from new clients. Existing investors may still subscribe.

For the date hereof, the Fund is no longer available for subscriptions by new investors and the Fund is no longer allowed to be marketed to the public in Hong Kong or elsewhere
