We refer to the notification letter from FRANKLIN TEMPLETON IM LTD (IE) with the following announcement(s).
1. GENERAL CHANGES.
Effective from 08/05/2026, the following fund/s will be affected by general changes explained in detail in the official notice.
- IE00BMG7P694 FTGF CLEARBRIDGE GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE INCOME "A" (USD) INC A
Please be informed on the proposal to merge the FTGF ClearBridge Tactical Dividend Income Fund (“Merging Fund”) into the FTGF ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Income Fund (“Your Fund”). If the proposed merger is approved by the Shareholders in the Merging Fund, you will continue to hold the Shares in Your Fund and there will be no change in the rights attaching to those Shares. No vote is required by you in order to carry out this Merger. If the Merger is approved at the meeting to be held on march, it will be effective on 8 May 2026.
