Notice to Shareholders from GAOTENG (HK) - 17/9/2026
We refer to the notification letter from GAOTENG (HK) with the following announcement(s).
1. CHANGE IN INVESTMENT POLICY.
Effective from 12/10/2026, the investment policy of the below fund/s will be amended:
- HK0000478914 GAOTENG WEINVEST MONEY MARKET "I" (HKD) ACC
- HK0000478872 GAOTENG WEINVEST MONEY MARKET "A" (HKD) ACC A
- HK0000584778 GAOTENG WEVALUE USD MONEY MARKET "P" (USD) ACC
Clarification: The investment policy of the Sub-Fund will be clarified to reflect the following:(a)In assessing whether a money market instrument is of high quality, at a minimum, the credit quality and the liquidity profile of the money market instruments must be considered;(b)The Sub-Funds will not invest in securities issued by or guaranteed by any single sovereign/government issuer (including its government, a public or local authority of that country/region) that has a credit rating below investment grade or is unrated; and (c) Removal of obsolete information.
2. CHANGES TO PROSPECTUS.
Effective from 12/10/2026, there will be changes to the prospectus of the following funds:
- HK0000478872 GAOTENG WEINVEST MONEY MARKET "A" (HKD) ACC A
- HK0000478914 GAOTENG WEINVEST MONEY MARKET "I" (HKD) ACC
- HK0000584778 GAOTENG WEVALUE USD MONEY MARKET "P" (USD) ACC
The profiles of the directors of the Manager in the section headed “Management and Administration of the Fund – Directors of Manager” of the Explanatory Memorandum will be updated. Please refer to the updated Explanatory Memorandum.
